At Post Consumer Brands®, we want everyone to have access to affordable and delicious food. That is why we partner with community organizations to distribute food to those who need it and prioritize manufacturing value products and offering a wide range of affordable and nutritious breakfast cereals and other products to fit any budget.
By working together, we can create a world where everyone can access the food they need to thrive.
In our 2023 fiscal year, Post Consumer Brands donated about 55 million bowls of cereal and more than 1.5 million servings of peanut butter.
Hunger relief is one of our top priorities, driven by our purpose to make lives better by making delicious food accessible for all. Food insecurity is a complex crisis. We are committed to fighting hunger in ways that build and strengthen communities, including partnerships, operations and education.
In 2023, Post Consumer Brands donated the equivalent of $9.3M in cash and product to community organizations and nonprofits. To best support our communities’ needs and live our purpose, we donate to organizations that are working to increase access to food and education, and the safety and well-being of our communities.
We are not only proud to be at your table, we are also proud members of the community. Ninety percent of our plants are in towns with populations of 100,000 or less. Many of these plants are the largest employers in their area and have been a part of these communities for decades.
Building on our 125+ year legacy of strengthening communities and feeding families, our local partnerships focus on ensuring food, safety and education access.
As part of our commitment to strengthening our local communities and creating a more inclusive and equitable culture, we join as a company every National Volunteer Month in April for our annual Ingredients for Good initiative to help individuals and families facing food insecurity, especially those from underserved communities.
Post Consumer Brands employees and retirees founded the Better Together Foundation to serve our tightknit communities. The foundation fosters compassion and security for families facing hardships through monetary grants. Employee contributions, donations and fundraisers support this employee giving foundation.
